View from my balcony at hotel Rea in Megali Ammos, Skiathos at daytime. What you see is the main road that goes along the whole island from one part to the other – except up to the north where there are almost no roads. Just across the road were 2 supermarkets where you could buy what you needed (my room was a smallish flat with cooking facilities and fridge). As my room was so high up I had a really spectacular view in all directions. It was also fun sitting there in late afternoon in the shadow watching what went on down at the road and watching the people passing by. This balcony was not made for people afraid of heights though. I am not afraid of heights so I enjoyed it very much.
